Consider
this scenario: One sunny day you discover
that your homeowners association has
incurred a financial liability in excess of
its ability to pay, and that its insurance
policy either covers substantially less of
the amount owed or does not cover it at all. |

A “proactive” effort in August to reduce
teen loitering at Chandler Fashion Center
seems to be working, according to Chandler
police.

teens for curfew violations on three
successive Fridays in August, causing an
uproar among frustrated teens and some of
their parents.

The police departments of both Chandler and
Tempe are asking their cities’ residents to

long beloved as Gilligan, finally escaped
this particular cosmic island earlier this

For over a
decade, Gene Ganssle has worked in the
Valley as an actor, perfecting dozens of
voices and routines. It is only now
that Ganssle has gotten a chance to really
let loose his talents in his first one-man
show, “And Away We Go.” The show, in which
Ganssle portrays the legendary comic Jackie
Gleason, is also his first time producing a
stage show.

The mix of old and

cases, it has been a
downright disaster.
60 international
musicians are
preparing to take
their crack at
breaking this
stereotype.

Architect-philosopher Paolo Soleri spares no
words for the victims of Hurricane Katrina,
or for “delusional” Arizonans who build
sprawling communities in a desert. |
