Tatiana Mayfield, Ho Youn Pyung - Aprende Middle School

Tatiana Mayfield is an 8^th grade student at Aprende Middle School and a respected leader on the Jaguar Track team. In addition to competing in track for two years, Tatiana was a member of the Jaguar basketball team in seventh grade and has competed on Aprende’s volleyball team for two years. However, track is her best sport. She competes in the 100-meters, 200-meters, or 400 meters and has been a major reason why the Aprende girls’ track team finished the regular dual meet season with an undefeated 5-0 record. Tatiana is also a member of the Jaguar Honor Roll, plays the flute in the Aprende band, and competes on the Arizona Cheetahs Track club. 

Ho Youn Pyung is an 8^th grader at Aprende Middle School and a member of the Jaguar Track team. Although Ho Youn has only been at Aprende since the start of the second semester, his competitiveness, determination and leadership have established him as a role model for his teammates. He will be competing in the 75-meter hurdles (undefeated in regular season), 100-meters, 800-meters and the 1600-meter relay at the TKAC championship   meet. Ho-Youn is a very versatile runner and is the kind of athlete any coach loves to have on his/her team.
