Waggoner Elementary School took a step back in time last week and revisited the fabulous ‘50s. Kids and adults got into the spirit, came dressed in period clothing and danced the night away. The Waggoner PTO-sponsored event asked everyone attending to bring a donation of socks or underwear to benefit the Tempe Community Action Council as their ticket to get on the time machine. In photo at left, Brooklynn Doren and Ali Cohen showed off their rendition of the twist. At right, Dad Randy Brown looked on approvingly as Collin Frazey, Korey Brown and a pal demonstrated the spirit of brotherly love.
