Food donation will anchor your spot at annual cruise show
Kyrene Corridor-based Sunsational Cruises will conduct its sixth annual Cruise Show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at Best Western Grace Inn, Ahwatukee.
At least 10 cruise lines will be represented.
According to company owner Tom Gierada, the event provides an opportunity for area residents to learn about the newest cruise line, Oceania; the newest ships, Pride of America and others; and benefit from special show pricing.
Admission will be at least one item of canned or boxed food, to be donated to St. Vincent de Paul Society.
More than 1,000 pounds of food was collected last year; Gierada and his wife, Cyndy, hope to double the amount this year.
