Carnival to go ‘down on the farm
Can coming to a farm be fun and offer some safety for children? The answer is yes for kids attending Kyrene del Cielo school’s fall carnival, this year with a down-on-the-farm theme.
Along with traditional carnival fun, such as midway games and rides, raffle, silent auction and plenty of food and treats, this year’s carnival will offer a variety of farm-themed activities and a booth specifically focused on added safety for children.
Cielo parent Stephanie Angelo has offered this booth through the KidzWeyes program that covers many aspects of child safety.
The booth was a big hit last year and provided the attending children free finger-printing and a Kid I.D. card. It is invaluable for a parent to have this information on each of their children in case of an emergency.
