Art show entries depict students’ lives, opinions

Art Show items by students at Corona del Sol and other Tempe high schools will be on display Feb. 23 to March 10 at the Tempe Public Library, 3500 S. Rural Road, lower level gallery.

"It's a wonderful opportunity for art students to voice their opinions and their lives through art," Mayor Neil Giuliano said.

"The quality of the show continues to prove that teens have much to contribute to our community."

More than 400 pieces of artwork, representing the efforts of more than 3,000 students district-wide, showcase the district's best and brightest young artists, who share their lives and perspectives in this exhibition.
